How We Recycle EPS (Closed Loop System)
Collection & sorting
We collect EPS off cuts, and clean site waste, then sort it for quality recycling.
Shredding & pre processing
Clean EPS is shredded into small beads and prepared to be reused.
Re Manufacturing into new EPS products
Recycled EPS becomes new sheets, blocks, roof panels and waffle pods, maintaining strength and insulation performance.
Compacting/melting
EPS that is unsuitable for direct reuse is compacted/melted and shipped to specialized facilities for further processing and reuse
Circular Life Cycle
Builders can return off cuts to keep the recycling loop active, minimising waste and supporting cleaner construction cycles.
